Project SASS will have a cookie stand near Speedway and Campbell for the Tour de Cookie (click here for more information on the event or visit their Facebook page) on February 12 from 9am to 12pm. This is a 12 or 25 mile bike cruise around 10 cookie stands in central Tucson. For the $40 entrance fee, participants receive $25 in cookie credits to get their fill at the various cookie stands.
Project SASS knows that participants in this event will also need to refill on sunscreen during this 3 hours of fun in the sun. Register for this race and visit the Project SASS cookie stand to *nom nom* on some delicious goodies, including pumpkin cupcakes and no-bake oatmeal cookies, and reapply your sunscreen.
